There is one glimmer of hope ...... Hamburg have the SECOND WORST DEFENSIVE GOAL RECORD in the entire Bundesliga , away from home ..... only Hannover have a worse one , and it makes you wonder how they're joint top!
That would suggest to me that they could be in trouble if we replicate what we did tonite and score an early goal in the return at COMS ...... no wonder they wanted the 'reassurance' of 6,000 fans there for the 2nd leg , although they claim to have 10,000/12,000 fans follow them to every away game!
They are obviously dangerous going forward , especially against full backs of the ilk that we've got ...... but they ARE conceding plenty of goals away from home in their domestic league ...... and the DID concede two goals at Galatasary in the last UEFA round!

Well Tim , you certainly didn't see the best of City tonite ..... like yourselves we normally save that for home games!
An early goal at our place could throw this tie wide open , and we'll surely play much better than we did tonite if only because we've got to!
