If Robinho was to leave for Barc, I would take....

.... Ibrahimivic in a straight swap...
.....Henry & £10m
..... yaya & £10m
..... Yaya & Henry in a swap...

Thats valueing Robbie at the price we paid..

ibra cost them eto'o plus about 30m odd didnt he???? hardly the price we paid for robi.

to suggest a straight swap for ibra is just funny..

A swap deal with Robi going that way and Henry coming here is most realistic but I think it's a pointless deal. We get Henry as a sub for this and next season then he will move on. No money made and no future potential! Allbeit, Henry would probably be a better sub than Robinho even if only for a year!

Maybe it could be for one of there less senior players... Borjan would be nice!

But if it happens I expect it will be some sort of deal for Henry... No excitement there.

What makes you say he would be on the bench? Good enough for Barca'a 1st team but not ours?

He's played 19 times this season. His total record there is 108 games, 47 goals. Sign him up now!

Barca paid 40m + Eto'o for Ibra, so the deal is looked upon technically as 60m

So you would play him over Bellers or Tevez? That's the only reason I would see him as a sub. Only said it because Robinho's a sub these days! It's his age that worries me more. Especially when you look at the age of Bellers, Veiria and co... If we are going to do some sort of swap with Robinho would prefer someone a little more youthful.

I think Yaya Toure is the obvious choice. He can play in defense and midfield, areas we need reinforcements in. He's out of favour at Barca, and his brother is club captain....
I read an article with him recently saying he was gutted Wenger rejected him from Arsenal, presumably one of the reasons for this would be playing with his big bro.

Henry is still quality and would score goals for us even at his age. He's also a world name in football which fits in with the aim of raising the clubs profile. We would get slated for being Arsenal's retirement home though.

The Maxwell link makes sense, apart from the fact that Mancio said he was happy with Bridge when he denied the Ansaldi link.

Maybe it was another price fixing meeting.

Barca want A, City want B, Real Madrid want Rooney - City bid to push the price up???
