Hughes also discussed our development and appeal to potential targets:-

"I don't think that, at this moment in time, people are being realistic about where we are in our development.

I think he's deluding himself if he thinks us currently bein 18th isn't detrimental to our 'pulling power'. If we'd been in the top 10, which is, and should have been, achievable then we'd look far more attractive to big name players.
