You missed out a reference to York away, but apart from that you got a full house of meaningless daft-fan platitudes in there. You even managed the fast-emerging and deeply annoying teen-phrase 'man up' which seems to have replaced 'Rome wasn't built in a day' as the phrase of choice amongst the non-thinking robo-fans.

No 12th man then Dave or is that another daft-fan thing.

thats a daft stoke fan thing.

bluemanc... top post, thought about posting myself with similar content after the game, "the hunted is now the hunter" and all that, but too many on here are over reacting.

The people who really should be pissed are those that travelled and do so to every away game. We all have an opinion though.

Venting frustration is a right, but its gone now and whilst the blame is put at everybodys door, at results like on Sunday, we need to remember what we have and where we have been, we are not players or managers, they will all be gutted, we are so close to further success, but we all have to pull together and let the boys know on Thursday how much we love them.

Let the scum worry about us now, chances are they will (hopefully) be dumped out of the uefa on Thursday whilst we will progress (hopefully) then Chelsea at home is another opportunity to lift the roof at the Ethiad.

Bobby will have to decide on any change in tactics, but we have the players that should be able to play in any position and fashion a win, they are human and may be feeling the pressure of the campaign, so it us fans who can make the difference.

I call on us all to sing our hearts out on Thursday and let them know we are there for them when they need us, and show us what they can do, revel in the pressure not fear it, get some momentum underway so when the rags arrive on the 30th April it is they that will be feeling the pressure, wobbling all over (like they did in the cup game).

We are just at the beginning of a journey that has already yielded success, lets not get bogged down by the media telling us what you have spent you must win everything every year!!! the rags crying you are buying success!!! contradiction?

Fuck all of them, we just need to keep the faith, why? because we want to.

Spot on as usual, prima.

Anyone would think that the universe is going to implode if we don't win the league this year. This season is just the start, not the end of our journey in challenging for titles.

we have dominated the Prem league for 80% of the season we twated the Rags in there own back yard! we are only 1pt behind with 10 games to go! a possible 30pts and yet we have fuckers crying on the box! sacking the manager! he's shit! he's shit! he's shit!

Fantastic... we'll be remembering this season for thrashing the rags 6-1, whilst they remember it for winning the fuckin league. Great.

They will remember it as the last time they win it til the cobwebs wither.

Tbh yesterday will just show up the glory hunters, mancini out and all this crap. Sounds exactly like what the rags would say. Look where we are, second and 1 point off top with 10 games to go. I never even dreamed of this. I've enjoyed this season, one day we will win the league it's inevitable. We're a team going onwards and upwards, where are the rags going? This makes me smile more than anything. Just get behind the team.

This all day long
can't believe some of the whinging crap i've heard over the last 24 hrs
my kids came home from school today with a note saying that one of the Y7 kids had been knocked off his bike and killed yesterday

puts all this shyte back in perspective

Have to agree with the thread starter. Keep the faith and City will come through. Utd may have the mental edge right now, but it is up to City to squash 'em like the bugs they are. We have the best players and will win the Championship!

I was at Newcastle the last time we won the league in 67 and then at Wembley the following year when Nelly Young scored the only goal to win it. It was bloody great to be a City fan then and I feel the same way all these years later.

I am so lucky living in the States that I get to see just about every game City has played, including the Europa League. I would to be there in Manchester with everyone, but not enough $$ to get me there. I will be with ya'll in spirit (yes, I live in the Southern US) and go Blues. I want to hear Blue Moon sung so loud that the roof starts rattling.

If you want to learn a great chant for the end of a winning game, go on YouTube and search for Rammer Jammer -- it's a hell of a song sung by us University of Alabama Football fans. I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR IT IN MANCHESTER!
