We should do a Chelsea and take the piss this next window

I reckon we all agree the squad needs a big refresh this summer. Players getting older or wanting to leave. Possibly a net spend of £150m spread over 5 year contracts, so £30m a year cost. Add to that the sale of players allegedly wanting to leave, La Porte £50m, Bernado 60m, Cancelo 40m. On top of that we should be able to raise another 30m plus on youth transfers.
That gives the club a total of £330m to spend on 3 new players at least. Based on this figure who would you sign and how would your squad look? Who from the youth team would you promote to the senior squad to pad the squad out and allow the club to go after it’s primary targets.
