At Arsenal this season, the PA Guy was calling the teams out by using the Arsenal players' first names! It was "Cesc.... Jack...." It made my skin crawl.

At MCFC and with Garry Cook we have had the same notion of improving the matchday experience. I always thought that the way to improve the matchday experience rested solely on what happened on the pitch, not the size of the hot dogs or jumbo sausages.

We also had last season the idea of the club shop giving us a shopping experience. Well, as the shop is currently closed for 'refurbishments', it couldn't have been such a great 'experience' or are they simply 'enhancing' the experience.
