Yes Chelsea are spending alot this summer, But this is what we did last year with the likes of Aguero + Nasri, and also Silva + Toure + Balotelli the year before

I think that Chelsea are are going to be are biggest rivals this season. With Utd's debt mounting up and with it becoming more public I think that they could fall back slightly, not by much but they cant keep up this pace without "real" investment forever. Thats why I think it will be between us + Chelsea

Our core is really strong compared to Chelsea.

Hart, Kompany, Lescott, Silva, Aguero etc even more like Balotelli + Richards etc

For the 1st time in along time Im going into the season not concerned about Man Utd

We have the better squad as was shown many times last season. Long may it continue

I think he is not wrong, everybody will raise their game even more against City. It was the case last year two, but I think it will be even harder. Away form need a big improvement because we hardly will make the same home form (all win, 1 draw), so to avoid finishing on less points we need to get result away from home, the likes of WBA, Sunderland, Swansea etc.

Also we have to put in a performance in CL, last year it didnt happen, if we reach quarterfinals or semis, that would be another huge trophy to fight for, also would mean less energy for the league games...

BTW Chelsea is dangerous very much, they simply bought another team, they easily could put out a really good team with U 23 players, and a better one than Fergie.
Maybe they need a transition year or two but those youngsters are the very best, or many of them are.

Cant say they will be fighting for the title this year, Di Matteo will have a hard job managing all the new players, creating a different playing system from Mourinho's old system which was the basic in the last few years of Chelsea.

Bit sad we couldnt go after the Belgian youngster, they are very talented generation, Hazard, Lukaku, De Bruyne, Cortouis,-- all Chelsea players already.
With Vinny here he could show the right way for them.
