my mates been sent home from work as she lives in hadfield apparently the trains have stopped running and been cancelled now dint know how true that is though could of just been a ploy to get out of work lol

Oh now they haven't been cancelled.The excellant Glossop to Manchester train service (via Hadfield) has been running all day.One or two were late but at least they were/are running.
Matters might change though!The weather is attrocious.

14 inches of snow today in the Glossop area. More to come according to the forecast, but the trains have done a sterling job today. Wouldn't want to even consider driving about the town at the moment unless I absolutely had to though. Although Blue Trucker vehicle may be more hardy than my Zafira
