If Balo was suspended for 4 games for what he did, fuller should be suspended for the rest of the season.

Can the FA take further action , the Ref gave him a red.

If it's a City player then yes. Without being a conspiracy theorist I can cite the examples of:-

1. Ben Thatcher - given a yellow and then banned for 8 games. Fully deserved but went against the FA's own guidelines on retrospective punishment.

2. Adebayor was punished retrospectively for his "excessive celebration" against Arsenal - separate from the RVP stamp - when the ref decided afterwards that he'd given him a yellow for "time-wasting" not the celebration, in spite of Ade getting back in his own half faster than any goalscorer in history.

Well, if by fella, you mean me, that'd still be a no.

Liverpool are worse than Fulham upfront when Dempsey isn't up for it.
Just nobody seems a threat.
Suarez, for someone who is decent making chances does not extend these to his team mates and he can't finish himself. It is like he self neutralizes his own threat by not assisting more.
