18 months ago I was a healthy 52 yr old.
I do a proper manual job and I only stopped playing football at 51.
Misses died and I wasn't in a good place.
I've gone from 12 to 10 stone.
Whatever I do or eat , I'm still the same.
What the fuck do I do to put that 2 stone back on?
No sympathy please chaps.
I'm passed all that.

Try a decent mass weight gain powder and eat plenty of carbs mate.

Full tea ie fry up or ribs or steak and chips.
However I do drink a gallon a day and smoke 20.

All 45 plus.

How about a diet of just cake ?

That's where your going wrong swap weetabix for 4 rounds of thick buttered toast, and have buttered bread with the chippy and after your beer pop out for a kebab you'll be fat before you know it
