I'm about 6 months in on the Wegovy and 8 months on the Oviva programme. I've lost 30Kg to date, and the weight's now coming off at a steady 1-1.5Kg a week, though I'm not holding up much hope for Xmas!
I progressed up the doses month by month. I've been lucky and not had any significant side effects - just that input = output, and with a lot less going in, you can easily find yourself constipated. Keep your fibre consumption up or get some Fybogel or Movicol.
I'm only eating once a day and have no real cravings or hunger during the day. It makes it a lot easier to stick to a diet for a long time. I've also upped my exercise levels, including some resistance training to fight any muscle loss.
One thing - my desire to drink has gone right down. At home, I would happily crack open a few beers or a bottle of wine in the evening. Now it's just weekends, or if I'm out socially.
