That looks 100% a scam, it'll install a paid for app (and it won't be a couple of quid either) and flood your phone with Ads.

Restart your phone and then clean the browsers cache for all time.

When you say 'Tried to' did you actually clear the cache 'for all time' or did you have an issue?

Edit: Does it only appear in the open apps drawer?

I cleared in the settings of the phone, including saved data from website, cookies, everything. Restarted my device etc but still there

yeah, I only see it when I view all my open tabs

just to let everyone know, in case someone gets the same issue; I figured out that a favicon from another website got swapped for some reason.

I have yet to fix it hah
