Weird icon on iPhone browser

hey site admins, I was browsing bluemoon on my phone and the icon is really weird,
Any idea what this is?

Should add; it's not on my brower, and I know the icon looks edited in but it's not.

If I close and reopen the tab that weird icon is the same.
Wondering if it's my end or site end?

Hmm, that’s odd. Is it only on Bluemoon you get it?

Yeah pal, just bluemoon.
And even weirder is that it’s only on the main forum select site,
If I go into any forum or thread it disappears

When you say 'Tried to' did you actually clear the cache 'for all time' or did you have an issue?

Edit: Does it only appear in the open apps drawer?

That looks 100% a scam, it'll install a paid for app (and it won't be a couple of quid either) and flood your phone with Ads.

Restart your phone and then clean the browsers cache for all time.

I cleared in the settings of the phone, including saved data from website, cookies, everything. Restarted my device etc but still there

yeah, I only see it when I view all my open tabs

just to let everyone know, in case someone gets the same issue; I figured out that a favicon from another website got swapped for some reason.

I have yet to fix it hah
