Hand up, he has done a great job.

Most people last year thought we had a squad good enough to win the PL. Pep's get out was that the goalkeeper, who he bought, had a shocker, VK was injured most of the time and mainly that none of the fullbacks were fit for purpose. Also that everyone was new to his ideas.

The fullback situation has been upgraded hugely. Goalkeeper too. As long as VK stays fit we should be winning the PL this time round. The only caveat is that with 5 new players in the starting XI we might not hit the ground running.

So well done Txiki but you have put serious pressure on your friend Pep to deliver.
 
I've got a feeling we are gonna luuuuv this bloke.
He seems a little 'wacky' too , it's great to have a character or two around.
