He got injured against England in June. Not played any pre-season games so he needs to get fit. I think there's a press conference today so perhaps we'll find out today. Press always ask about player availability.
 
If we were going to play him tomorrow, wouldnt it have made sense to give him 30 mins in the EDS game v Arsenal?

I know what you are saying but that very rarely ever happens anymore mate
Sufficient training and team play in training will prepare him more for our style of play and intended intensity than 30 mins with some kids

Added to the fact he would now have a 7 month ban for biting Wilsheres ear off after that scrap.

He'll play when he's fit. In the meantime going on his own social media and having a bit of fun is doing no harm, unless you're a miserable twat - and it looks like we've got our fair share.

I think footballers should just keep there opinions to there self and keep away from social media, let people like us piss and moan on Twitter, you tube and football Forums.. :-)
 
I hope he starts tomorrow, if he plays anything like as well as he did for Monaco he will be our left back for years to come.
 
Pep said in his presser today that he's fit and traveled with the squad. Unsure about if he'll play or how much he'll play.
