Well he must be good, he shares my birthday:)
There was an interesting section in an Athletic article today - Suggests he actually sees it as a bonus that he'll be rotated at City, particularly as he considered Spain might help cut down on his injuries given the game is slower.I doubt he’s thinking that. Haaland would need to score consistently at a goal a game for 10+ years to achieve that.
He’s already shown signs of injury proneness. Hopefully just growing pains…
PR37 just wants to score as many as he can before he retires. He doesn’t care about being successful in tournaments.
Interesting - and do any players share your mother's maiden name?Well he must be good, he shares my birthday:)
Sounds a solid theory. It’ll depend on his ego too, I guess. There was an interesting section in an Athletic article today - Suggests he actually sees it as a bonus that he'll be rotated at City, particularly as he considered Spain might help cut down on his injuries given the game is slower.
I made this point when we first bought him, and think it's the ideal place for him to develop physically. He might, like Aguero, not end up with the golden boot every year, but he'll be a huge part of the City story without the pressure to play every single game as his body develops.
Not since we’ve sold ZinchenkoInteresting - and do any players share your mother's maiden name?
The rate that they keep expanding the Champions League and adding more games might make a difference to that in the end.I doubt he’s thinking that. Haaland would need to score consistently at a goal a game for 10+ years to achieve that.
