Any chance he'll make the squad for Thursday or was there a cut off for naming players?

Read that you can only make one change to the 23 man squad already named. And that it was expected that would be Balotelli in place of Logan or Santa Cruz. Don't think they should rush Milner in to that game anyway.

Watched Milner against West Ham, and i was impressed. Not been a fan but he isn't a player i have watched until the weekend. Watching him play its quite clear to see that there is a similar style to his play as that of Frank Lampard. And if we have signed a player that is going to be that good then what a signing we have made.

Just what we needed to finish a fantastic transfer window. Think we have been very shrewd in this window, purchasing players with not only fantastic ability but great work ethic. Milner fits the bill perfectly, can play across the midfield, and will give us nothing but 100%.
