Guy looks good, fast, strong..

Im 50-50 as to whether we see him regular, hope so though.

I think in or out the team it will take a couple of seasons for this guy to adjust to life over here.

Nobody knows.
Not even Pep. After he has initially settled, the Club and he will decide if he needs a break first.
Then he needs to be assessed fitness wise, learn a new style of play, pep will assess his strengths as to where he may fit in, then if each stage goes well he may get some minutes, if it goes really well he might even get a start.
