13.32 BST - Inter Milan have confirmed that Maicon has signed for Manchester City. Meanwhile, Celta Vigo have announced that Park Chu-Young has joined from Arsenal on loan.

Maicon Douglas Sisenando (born 26 July 1981), commonly known as Maicon (Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈmaikõⁿ]), is a Brazilian footballer who currently plays as a right wingback for Manchester City and the Brazilian national team.
 
It is on SSN and FIFA.com but I can't see it on the Inter Milan website. Doesn't matter though, looks like he has signed and I'm chuffed about him joining us.
