I remember seeing a Rodri interview with him saying how big a change it was for him coming to the PL from Spain. How it took time for him to adapt and understand how the English teams play.

I am sure that both Rodri and Pep will give all the help and advice they can to Gonzalez to make the adjustment to PL football. Rodri took quite a while to really show what a brilliant player he was so it's very important that we, as fans, are patient with Nico in his early days at City.

Quite the CV for 23 years. 40 odd appearances for Barca, season at valencia and seemingly having a glow up 18 months after signing for Porto.

I see the Rodri compasisons the way he can anticipate, shield the ball and distrubute.

Lets just hope his positional sense is up to similar levels. Cant be worse than whats gone on so far this season.
