Angelino is club trained, there are three other vacancies in that category, Foden & Garcia are under 21. The other three you mention are Association trained - Carson fills the vacant slot there. Leroy's misfortune does make room for Asier Riesgo (assuming Mangala isn't in the CL squad) but probably too late. Grimshaw will probably be loaned out to an EFL club soon.Fair enough, jokes aside... What do we think triggered this?
The homegrown quota is covered: walker, sterling, Angelino, stones... Foden, kids etc.dont count. Has Angelino somehow dropped off being counted as homegrown? Saw some city journos throwing this idea around.
That being said, have we let grimshaw go?
Welcome Frank to the club.
Hes a cracker!
And then he'd get pushed out by Nicky and we'd all be wondering why we'd wasted so much money on him. See Isaksson. If this was 1997 this signing would be a lot more than a welcomed one.
Angelino is club trained, not association trained and Foden is U21.Fair enough, jokes aside... What do we think triggered this?

The problem with the Mary Celeste was Frank had just done cabaret there.'
Twighlight? He is 33.... 5 to 7 years left!He must be pinching himself. Ok he’ll know like everybody else that he’ll only play under exceptional circumstances
But in the twilight of his career he gets to become part of the best squad in the world playing for the best coach in the world. Dream come true as he said
