Welcome to the new forum

No worries :)

That's a browser standard in web design that the Tab key will move you between input boxes, so it should work on most sites :)

ahhhh, i knew that the tab key took you down to the next box but i didn't know you could pop it into the first one like that, thanks
i'm a bit of a dinosaur with technology to say the least
(i thought i was doing well when i learnt how to post gifs)
cheers again

it's only a small thing, chaps & amounts to laziness on my part...
on the log-in page - would it be at all possible to make the cursor automatically be flashing in the box "your name or email" upon opening the page?
i log-in several times a day & it'd be so much nicer if i didn't have to click the cursor into the box manually, that's all
does this make any sense?
Just out of interest why don't you keep yourself logged in permanently? Or is it a work PC?

i'll have you know i'm fortunate enough to be a slacker

nah mate, i'm not a constant user of the www
i use it briefly several times a day and usually get drawn to bluemoon when i've finished doing what i am doing
firefox deletes all the doings every time you quit & i always quit each time i've finished with the www - like to keep things tidy

Lol, fair do's. I had an idiot at work once who flat out refused to clear his history/cache/cookies ever because that was how he navigated his way around, this despite the fact that that was why he had problems with his browser (and presumably still does).

Is anyone else getting a forced redirect on Bluemoon? I get sent to an advert for a game called spritted. I have cleared all cookies and browsing history but to no effect. Seems to have stopped when I logged in.

Oh so you mean because of porn

Damo, I was wondering if it would be possible/practical to locate the "preview" tab directly under the dialogue box, rather than having to go through the "more options" route? From what I can see, the only extra "option" behind that tab is the preview button anyway; can the "more option" tab simply not be changed to a preview button? Pretty please, with sugar on top?

Not too often but more than I'd like I get redirected to an old page of the forum when I'm told the site's offline or just an error page saying the forum is offline. Is that a universal "glitch" or something I can fix?

Also, selfishly, is there plans for incorporating something to distinguish which threads you've posted in?

This is something i've also asked Ric about and he's going to look into it

It's something i thought was handy on the old forum which i used a lot with me being a lazy fucker

Consider it done mate.
