they came and didnt park the bus like most teams who visit our place. made for a good and some times nervous game, gotta give them respect for that, I hope they stay up.
Apart from that come on city!!!! massive game against arsenal next, tevez needs to be more clinical against them but hopefully silva and ballo will be fit.

They played well going forward. They ws lucky though easily could have been 3 or 4. Hopefully Dzeko will be here asap.

I really think this Blackpool side has what it takes to stay up in the prem for years. Very impressed by the Phillips guy, came on and just tore the flank up (sorta dissapeared near the end though, fortunately for us).

They just need a good striker capable of finishing their moves and they will be a top 10 prem side.

Nahh they will go down soon enough, it's a long season for them and they have very little strength in depth, if not this season defiantly next.

One of the things that I beleive is happening is that many of their players are putting themselves in the shop window, whilst they can remember they are the lowest paid players in the prem, many could earn a lot more, I expect them to be raided, I like that Phillips, there is no way he will stay there

Phillips was pretty crazy when he came on. Chased every ball and dribbled past our defenders constantly. Went into hiding after that though, so I think it was the initial sub energy that made him look that good. He's only 18 or 19 though so he might develop into a decent player yet.

I guess the likes of Adams, Evatt and Vaughan wont be staying there incase they go down tho.

And from what I gather these guys are all on short term contracts, correct? Like 1 year remaining on most of them. They might just decide to bosman out and join a bigger club.

All credit to blackpool today I thought they kept the ball and passed it really well and I can see why They are the 4 best team away from home!

If you were neutral today it must of been a good game to watch and fair pkay to them for having a go,my only complaint are a couple of really bad tackles which looked like they had been told to do.
The one on silva was fuckin horrible and could be very costly.

At first it looked like studs down the calf but he was rubbing his knee after which is more worrysome. Hope he didnt tweak a ligament.
