Fuck me sideways, i wonder why some of the moaning fuckers on this thread bother with the footy.
A great result in the 1/4s of the chumps league yet you do nowt but go on about how shit we are. I wonder where you find your enjoyment?

I haven't commented on this thread, so not being defensive here (a bit like City ha) and I loved today, it was a great game, but it's a real stretch to credit Manuel too much IMO. Same flaws (no discernible game plan, no defensive structure etc) were glaringly on display and the players pulled us through (and nearly skewered us tbf).

I agree with other posters, can't wait for next year when we'll have an actual manager again. Everything just seems to have despite Pellegrini, not because of him.

Feel bad for Fernando as apart from his monumental cock up thought he played well. Same for the two central defenders, Otamendi getting caught up the field excepted. Mangala's pace is quite something...

They obviously don't. In a nutshell, that's the difference between supporting your team and purporting your team.

yes i know its a madness statement 'but' if we make the semis we have not really had the hardest route, the man has ripped the soul from the team, ripped up what Mancini built, survived on what Mancini had and now he's showing what his worth is and that is nothing, he is a tactical fool who relies on individuals to perform to save his skin and his time is running out, lets be honest here if pep was not coming for next season he'd be sacked
You should have stopped there. It is. :)

Nothing's changed really. He'll get credit for every decent result, and tonight was decent. Hopefully he can steer us safely to CL qualification and make a good fist of whatever time we've got left in this years comp but I'll be glad when he leaves. He's been left wanting on too many occasions over the last two seasons.
But you are fair minded. Not so much some of our other brethren. They are so he'll bent on being right that he is terrible, that's they'll move the post to make it so. Some believe even if he wins the CL.it would be in spite of him, or he got luck with an easy draw. So no credit, no matter what. :)

I get it
Apologies for my snarky point of view
Watching the match today, it really hit home how our team has moments of mental lapses.
PSG tried as hard as they could to give us an away win today.
Our lads played really hard today and I would have been fine with any outcome today because of that.
But the Ibra goal should NEVER happen. EVER.
That is the perfect definition of not minding the little things
POOR DECISION
POOR MANAGEMENT
Can't wait for next year
This is hilarious.

Got to be pleased with the result and 2 away goals but the performance overall was pretty poor, constantly giving the ball away and lapses of concentration throughout. Better opposition would have punished us big time!

Doesn't this prove how wrong he has been all season?

Fernando and Fernandinho were excellent in midfield. Had Pellegrini had a fit squad to choose from he'd have played Toure and we'd have more than likely got beat.

If he gets us to the CL semis, he'll deserve credit. At the moment he's cost us a lot
Fucking behave. We'd have been better with Toure in there than Silva. That, and Kompany in for Otamendi would have been my only changes (oh, and Kelechi on instead of Bony).

i think the central defence picked itself because of injuries and demichelis`s problems, the same with defencive midfield, no yaya to in there who is brilliant offencively but doesnt pick up runners when playing further back.

good defencive display and hit psg hard and fast in numbers offencively. great result KDG was fantastic as was the much maligned Mangala.

i`m afraid this display doesnt change my opinion of manuel, i think hitting psg on the counter attack was the right way to go. well done mauel

are you really that naive to think MP was nothing more than a caretaker, thats all he was for to keep the ship stable until pep arives but the fool has only just managed tha, fuck knows where we'd be if pep was not coming until 2017
3 trophies and the best European campaign in the clubs 122 year history. Not bad for a caretaker. You think he's a fool??!!!! The most successful pl manager since he arrived but you'd rather have managers who couldn't hack it & got sacked. Weird. And you somehow think we'd be better off now because of Pep arriving in the summer. Double weird!!!

Don't forget telling Hart to abandon the catch and insisting we gift them a goal. God forbid we expect players to take responsibility..
It's Pellegrini's fault we play in that yellow kit. The shorts are too long and make the players run slower. Why did Pellegrini make Silva miss his 2 chances & tell Aguero to just point all night & not chase back when losing possession?

They walk on hot coals, sleep on a bed of nails and go to the footy because the Mrs lets them out once a week.

It's what he hasn't won that tells the truth, not a couple of League Cups and scrapping the league with the previous manager's team, it's significantly has been no where near the league in his last two seasons The clown is being replaced by the best manager in the world.

What's his win % in the PL if he's the most successful compared to theirs

Overall he is still behind mourinho, taggert and could even be behind mancini's or there abts?

Just say you don't like him...the truth will set you free.

The venom that Pellers attracts from some people on here staggers me.

He's not a clown, he's not an old ****, he's a decent manager, and he is our manager.

Yes - Pep is a massive step up - but some of the more extreme posters on here lose any credibility simply due to their one eyed obsession with slagging Pellers off at any opportunity.

Why do people have to constantly go on about how bad pellets is,he's going at the end of the season so why go on and on,some people want city to fuck up so they can blame pellets (haha pellets) was going to have a rant at the super managers on here but lost my mojo after this fucking iPad change pellers to pellets ,hey its pelts pellers ah fuck it fucking iPad
