Sheikh Mansour went to Spain
Round and round he hovered
Brought us back a manager
Wish he hadn't bothered.

If he had won the league and FA cup it would only bloster his cv, and in FA cup with fixture piled up 99% managers would have done the same

He under performed in league no doubt but to say that he did it intentionally is bit daft I reckon

We are the West Brom of Europe. Contain them for 75 minutes and then go for it in the last 15 .................... only we couldn't even manage that.

I am not having that. No way.

It was contain them for 165 minutes and then fail to go for it in the last 15 minutes .....

Or maybe the players just stopped listening to the manager especially after he was replaced.

The players got bored and everyone is incredibly uninspired by the caretaker. The players led us to the first triumph, but after that his mediocrity took its toll.

Its tiring supporting City at the moment. I think back a decade and think that sounds crazy, but now we have tasted the honey, and have great players on our books so its incredibly frustrating to watch the team not fulfil its potential.

You fickle pricks don't deserve him!

This season has been disappointing but overall, Pellers has had a good run.
Even this season, CL semi appearance was historical, albeit, it ended badly. We should've played a wide expansive, open game & got battered 5-0. That's what the media wanted. Had we got a goal, he'd have been hailed as a tactical genius & had they had one sent off, had the normal rules of football been applied, that might've come.
And we won the League Cup.
Buck up!

Not crazy at all. All anyone wants is to see players putting in 100% and achieving to the best of their ability. If we have 20 shit players and they play like shit but put a shift in, you can applaud them.

These players aren't shit but have seriously underachieved in the last four years through bad management in my eyes, and I don't just mean Mancini and Pellegrini.

Or perhaps we could have tried to score in the last ten mins ?

Just an idea.

I don't expect to win every game, but all I ask from next season is 100% focus on the upcoming 90 minutes, and not some airy fairy attitude that the one after next is more important.
If we lose, I want to feel that we were genuinely unlucky rather than the opposition looked more committed.

Overall he has done a fairly ok job at best. The last two league campaigns have been a disaster. We saved ourselves last year with a late fluorish and this season despite a 15 point kick start we have ended up on the edge of a cliff. This has been masked by a LC victory and progress to a CL semi but in reality if we fail to get 3rd or 4th spot his legacy will be one of relative failure.

the tongue popping out when ask the question gives it away for me (HE FUCKING KNOWS WHAT HE'S IS DOING) and taking the piss
been given the sack months ago only to be asked to stay on till the summer then pep walks in. anybody in the right mind would say fuck you after wanted me out you think am leaving you with this in a good place sorry am going to fuck up everything

He thinks by getting to the semi final he's had a good season as we have created history.. We had the easy draws in psg and Madrid which we all know. I just hope the players manage to pull there finger out and win on Sunday.

its got to the stage of winning 2 league games to stay in the top 4 (WOW) really f*ucked up this season the whole club from boardroom to the manager did wrong and by sticking with a manager knowing he's gone. it was the wrong thing to do unless the board are going to keep pellegrini in a football role when pep comes in the summer maybe bench marked for a youth role or the clubs football director that's the only thing I can see why keeping him on

the last 6 months have been shocking and even a caretaker manager would have done better than pellegrini and his team talks of who gives a sh*t just go out and play
