Well Done Gary Neville

Re: Neville game Turnout

As already stated by another poster, 40k+, midweek, the weekend after the season has ended and the weekend before the CL final is a good attendance. Don't forget we played United for Lake's testimonial, but 'only' pulled in 21k. Now 21k on a Sunday, (which it was, I remember being the most pissed i've ever been), mid October was a good attendance I thought back then, so pro rata, 40k+ is decent.

Re: The Irony

40,000-50,000 is what they'd get if they went 35 years without a trophy.

Sunday - 76,000 against Blackpool
Monday - 23,000 FA youth cup
Tuesday -42,000 Neville testimonial

Total in 3 days = 141,000

+ Champions league final in 3 days.

That's pretty decent, but woeful organisation and planning by the club.

Are you all trying to be the biggest hypocrite of the fucking forums or something?

If you had a local lad who'd fought his way into the squad and remained there for a long, long time who gave it out to rival fans/supporters/players you'd be fucking creaming yourselves.

Get a grip, it was just a testimonial, you bitter, bitter blues.
Awww someone's upset.

You come on a rivals forum and see said rivals fans criticising and lambasting a player who their bitter rivals have idolised, for the same reasons you just stated, and WE'RE the bitter ones? You all think he's great, we all know he's a ****.
Double standards much????

Yawn.

Yep, deal with it.

For example, I respect Robbie Fowler. Because he stuck to his side and gives as much as he takes. I don't like the man, but I respect him. This is the stance regular folk adopt.

Do one you sad, sad man.

I reckon you're the type to sit at home all day, no job, 25 stone and wearing a tailor made, spunked stained replica shirt with Giggs on the back from 1992 which never gets washed.

Surely the mods have to draw the line somewhere with the vermin and 'you bitter, bitter blues' surely crosses it?

Right, I'm only going to comment on your bolded prediction, 'cause I'm not going down that route.

Ok, let's see.

Yes, I'm currently unemployed, but it's just a temporary thing until I find another Employment Advisory role, which is a lot easier said than done.

25 stone? I'm barely over 10.

My "Giggs" shirt is from this year, I have another shirt I sometimes wear from 2 years ago, but it's been washed plenty, thanks.

Care for any more stabs in the dark? 1 out of 3 wasn't bad at all!

Is that shirt made for going down to the pub and 'cheering' the boys on for the big at home?

Manchester based reds who watch home games in pubs and then claim the city is red.

Sad, sad, sad...a bit like you coming on here, admitting to winding people up and calling us 'bitter, bitter blues'

Choose United, hoose to 'watch' united in the pub with your back to the screen, cheer like fuck when they score, then ask someone 'who scored that'?

That shirt is made for me to wear my favourite teams colours, dipshit.

I don't watch the games in the pub, if I can't make it to OT I find it on TV or a stream online.

So that's one out of... 5 now?
