the hughes out posts started before a ball was kicked.
i wonder why?

Because everyone who wants him out is a United fan pretending to be blue just to cause 'mischief' I presume?

You've rumbled us all! Genius.

Wenger was managing in Japan when Arsenal snapped him up; he began at Nancy (who were relegated under his guide) ...it took him four years to win a trophy.

We don't need to highlight Fergison's baron spell at the begining of his reign in England.

it took Ancelotti 6 years to win a trophy...

So not all the top managers win trophies right off the bat.
10 years as a manager is long enough to see whether or not he has what it takes. When the top jobs become available, names like alladyce, megson and reid don't get mentioned, because everybody knows what theyr'e about.I think Hughes is almost identical to Pearce.Top of his game as a player, well respected throughout the football world and has experience in international management but in club management, the limitations start to show.Like i said,10 years in management doesn't make you a novice with promise,it shows everybody what kind of manager you are and what your style of management has achieved.
