go to your prem league team layout and screen shot it (press print screen)....now open paint (in accessories in start menu) and then paste into paint. Now use paint to crop the area down and save it. Now use tinypic.com or similar to upload on to here.

I use imageshack myself, once uploaded it gives you the forum code for it just copy it and paste it into your post.
