Why does a thread that mentions naked women get deleted when there is a thread in the off topic forum that has people suggesting young asians are all terrorists but hasn't been removed. About as consistent as the FA's disciplinary policies.

If you post a topic, "Here is my latest blog about blah blah" it will most likely be left alone (unless it links to something that is against the CoC).
However if you post something totally misleading like "This is the fittest naked woman alive" for purely attention seeking puropses so they read your blog, then its likely to get pulled.

Though some of you children may think that the mods here are bad and nasty people, we are actually a well moderated forum, and some things just aren't allowed here, but you get away with a lot more on here than on many other forums (especially in off topic).
Whatever you think about how we do our jobs, we are as consistent as possible. Posts about someone f**king their missus in the wrong hole, or whats the best w*nk you've ever had, (two that have been removed in the last 24 hours) have no place on BM, as we cannot limit who visits the site, and while most of us are adults, not all are, and thos with kids, don't want them reading shit like that.
Calling Garth Crooks gay, is homophobic, and against the CoC, as it may offend someone on here, as much as saying something against a particular race is racist, or trying to post munich references by not mentioning munich (and I don't know the post referred to above so its not a comment on that). The family guy post was not just "saucy" it was bordering on hardcore porn if its the one I'm remembering.
Very few posts get removed, and we discuss most of them between ourselves, some are removed, sometimes a post is removed for discusssion and put back.
Unfortunately we can't limit the amount of dicks that use the forum (other than by bans), but if you act like a dick, its likely you'll be treated like one. Warnings are given out according to the CoC (posted at the top of each forum), which maybe some of you might care to read, if you want to avoid getting a warning (or ban).

Categorize us as "children" all you like, it could have easily been resolved by changing the title yourselves and giving him a warning. It's laughable to be honest, you delete a thread in here for attention seeking, yet the racism and drug addicts down in off-topic get away scott-free, I mean come on. How on earth is BB.2 not been banned for some of the controversial stuff he has come out with? Surely that's exactly the same kind of attention seeking?

Both topics you refer to, have been looked at, and as we see it haven't crossed the line (yet). Off topic is treated differently to the main forum, and until it breaks the CoC its fine. In both topics you refer to there has been some decent debate on both sides. As a former mod, I can now revel in the fact that I can say that many of you are wankers who take the moving of your threads personally, and love to argue with mods because it's great to be all rebellious and stuff.
Those who are complaining of different standards are idiots, who need to think about how a collection of 10 different people who are all on the forum at different times of the day, and interpret the CoC different could ever reach a level of consistency. I can attest to the fact that the mods actually DO try to be consistent in decisions, the poor fuckers. If I had my way, I'd just tell you all to piss off and deal with it.
It's text in a database, nothing else. Letters on a screen, and unless you have posted a great tome of a post in which you righted loads of wrongs, put the world to rights and revealed the existence of Lord Shergar, it probably isn't that great of a loss.

He decides the rules based on his particular definition of appropriate and inappropriate, and then the mods chat about these with him to get a level of interpretation correct, then they get enforced.
Oh, and bannings/warnings are not publically announced. Nobody has any idea who got a talking to for what and who didn't, so trying to judge this aspect of modding is presumptious and idiotic.
Mainly, you all just need to forget the mods exist. They move threads sometimes. So what? Talk about something else on the several hundred thousand other threads there are, or, if you particularly care, ask a mod why it was moved and try to work out how to talk about it without breaking the rules.
Finally, STOP MAKING THREADS ABOUT MISSING THREADS, YOU ATTENTION SEEKING WHORES. Everybody knows to PM a mod, in my world, I would ban every fucker who makes one of these things, they are utterly useless and are only good at provoking argument - if you actually were arsed about the moving of it, you would look at the Users Online section and find one of the mods to PM; these threads are purely so the OP can nail themselves to the cross. Oh, and if your thread was removed, don't fucking post it again two seconds later. It was moved for a reason, the next one will be moved for the same reason.
