Wembley Display - Full Details Revealed On Thursday

Really.. You don't think players have emotions? Memories? Families to share moments with and look back on various games of their careers down the line?
During the game? I really don't think he'd give less of a shit. The display before the game, however, I'm sure he will treasure.

Starts with a meet up at Covent Garden, a March to Green Park tube and a ride to Wembley!

Just on the topic of this, there are rumours that Palace are going to do a Corteo all the way up Wembley Way from Wembley Park tube prior to the match. As that's the side of the ground that we're at, I think it's best to pre-warn our fans about it as they could get caught up in it. I'm not saying there will be any trouble or anything - just that it might come as a bit of a surprise to any blues who are around at the time if it does go ahead. Knowing how good Palace are at organising these things, the numbers will be huge.

Looking at those timings on what you've posted, and just to give fans a heads up as to what time this might take place, Covent Garden to Green Park tube is about a 20 minute walk. If the Palace fans are setting off at 1.30pm, they should be on the tube by around 2pm. It's a 22 minute journey from Green Park to Wembley Park so I'd imagine the Palace fans will be dropping on Wembley Way by 2.30pm.

As it happens, I need to be in the ground for 3pm to help with the 1894 display so my plan was to leave Wealdstone FC at 2pm, get on the tube at around 2.15pm, and get to Wembley Park by, errrrr, 2.30pm, so I could end up getting caught up in it myself!

Depends. On the timing and exposure, when he is sat on the bench or on the pitch etc. It is not going to be the whole game is it, a few moments here and there at the start may make all the difference. Remember Rodri taking photos of the one for him. The new sergio documentary shows him watching old videos with his son. How many times do you think players look back at the 'will follow you anywhere' display coming out of the tunnel vs arsenal. None of that is insignificant.

It will be before kick and that's it i presume ?

With the KDB banner/tifo, all the telescopic's out, and the two sticks out, it will look great.

I predict it's going to the best displays from both sets of fans the FA Cup final, and probably English football has ever seen.

Both sets of fans putting their money and time into the displays.

I expect Palace's to be fucking huge!

It's been said on this thread and on 1894s announcement that the telescopic flags will be used during the game. If that means if/when we score then great, if it is during play like those European lot do, then I can't see it going down well.

Yeah should be an interesting watch!

There will be a lot of them too. This was before the Villa game in Covent Garden.

Just had to google 'Corteo' as never heard of it before. Yes should be interesting.

Corteo, which means "cortege" in Italian, is a joyous procession, a festive parade imagined by a clown.

got to give credit to car park planners city have red car park which is situated at palace end of wembley

My main takeaway from that is that hardly any fucker seems to be drinking. Southern softies!

Impressive numbers though
It’s essentially what we used to do with the roundabout. Not for me each to their own, can’t see it being an issue that early however as all the blues will be in the pubs till as late as possible
