Wembley Pubs - even if its raining (merged)

Re: Where to drink around Wembley if it's raining?

Might change plans and stop off in Uxbridge, did it last year, there's a decent pub near the train station. Anyone know the name of it?

Re: Drinking in London town

The Met Police have asked the FSF to pass on information regarding the FA Cup final on Saturday as pubs in the area of Wembley Stadium will be divided between Manchester City and Wigan Athletic supporters. If you're travelling to Wembley check out the information below to avoid any pub-based confusion.

We are going to be getting into Euston for about 11:30am tomorrow. Don't fancy going straight to Wembley so was thinking maybe a few beers in the centre of London.

Anyone else doing this and has anyone any suggestions for preferred establishments?

You should all try the pubs in Kilburn West Hampstead and Willesden all of which are on the tube line to Wembley.

Kilburn has some excellent pubs that cater for all tastes, The North London Tavern and The Black Lion, if you want spit sawdust try the Colin Cooper or The Kingdom. There are 2 pubs in West Hampstead, the one right next to the tube (which is a bit weather balloons like) or you can go Black Lion, which has a decent garden. This obsession in getting to shit over crowded pubs near to the stadium. Each to their own
Is the Willesden Working Mens Club open for City tomorrow?

-- Fri May 10, 2013 4:33 pm --
