The farce of the Pink car park is being discussed elsewhere so I will concentrate on the disgusting national stadium itself.
Where we entered the only way up was stairs. Approximately half way up an elderly lady was really struggling, so much so me and my mate stopped. There was no emergency exits that we saw, no stewards, nothing. If she wanted to go down she had to pass hundreds of Blues going the other way which wasnt an option. Fortunately she was ok after a good rest. The point being if she had a heart attack there was no one anywhere to help. If there were lifts for the less able, we didn't see them.
The beer was in cans. 10 guys on minimum wage opening and pouring and 3 more serving it. £8 a can I think. Bearing in mind I pay £5 for 4 at my off licence, what an obscene amount of profit.
Oh and I think because we won, we got a cup. I say I think because I couldn't see the presentation I had to watch it on a 12" TV screen high in another stand.
When they rebuilt the shithole they conned and cheated football fans. I hate the place and I'm not sure I'll go back.

Do not get me started on the price of tickets. I got mine, as usual, through our ‘local’, to me, OSC. Up in the gods for £100+. These were only dished out by Wembley at the last minute, late Friday. Did we get shafted by being given expensive seats they hadn’t sold??

It's what you make of it but going by road direct to the stadium is always going to be problematic.
Same but not as bad at the Etihad.

Beer is pricey but honestly, it's optional and you are basically in there 2 hours where beer is available to drink.

Think you are being a bit hash because at least there is some sort of legroom in the seats compared to some grounds we could mention.
I was surprised to see the attendance to be so low for a sell out but realised it is because of the space afforded for the seating, compare to the swamp where the ground is about half the size of Wembley but only a few thousand less Crammed in!

Re your first para. I stated the Pink car park was a separate issue. This thread was about the disgrace they call the national stadium.
Re the beer, I fully accept you don't have to buy it. That doesn't mean they should take the piss with the pricing. Further, elsewhere in the ground you get it from pumps, why treat the cheap seats to shite ? Discrimination at its finest. The peasants can make do with over priced cans.

Where was the OP sitting?
I've been to almost every game we've played at the new ground and been on the top tier for the vast majority. I always used escalators apart from once when they were out of action but had worked earlier in the day.
Beer prices are ridiculous as are food prices but we've known this since 2011.
