Were you good in school either academically or at sport?

Topped chemistry, physics, engineering studies and maths in my year. English was my only weak subject...damn Shakespeare!! I wasn't too popular with the girls if you couldn't already guess.

Represented my region for swimming (butterfly) at state level. Sucked at most other sports.

Pretty much got A's and B's at everything so was solid across nearly all and did what I needed to get into a decent uni, Only weak spot was art where I really wasn't any good. It's fair to say most reports had c for attitude as my main goal was trying to amuse mates and have a craic, without ever doing anything too bad.

Sports wise I played cricket and football for the school but I was definitely one of the worst players good enough to get in the team and at cricket I was a bit of a David Hughes , IE bat at 7 and don't bowl - played football like David Hughes too

As my dad moved jobs every 18 months, I went to a few schools including uppermill primary Saddleworth, st newbarns barrow-in- Furness. Then Barrow Grammer, Richmond (Yorkshire) Grammer, Richmond School and finally Dunbar Grammer (East Lothian). Was good at sports without excelling playing Football, Cricket and RU for school teams. Sporting highlight was scoring seven goals in a single game for Richmond including a cracking headed own goal. Academically, I did the minimum to get by, English, art and history were the subjects I enjoyed/ was best at. Left with 9 O grades and 3 highers. Left school at the end of 5th year on the Friday and first day work on the Monday. Usual hobbies distracted me from giving my all to academia...

I was a bit of a problem child at school but I think that was an extension of my home life which pretty much consisted of me working my parents against each other. One notable event occurred when my mum broke my arm in a fit of rage when I ruined her newly decorated studio. During my recuperation, she read Robin Hood to me and this is where my love of archery came from. I was never a team player so, although I always had a fondness for the game, playing football never occurred to me.

Anyway, my behaviour in and out of school carried on spiralling downwards leading to both me manipulating a girl in my class to gouge at her eczema and blinding my little sister in one eye with drain unblocker. Everything came to a head when, in high school, I trapped everyone in the cafeteria and killed nine students, a teacher and a dinner lady with my bow and arrow.

Now I spend my days locked away trawling bluemoon in order to maintain the human contact that I never thought I'd miss. For the record, ten of my victims were reds and the other called it a "muffin".

But how many GCE's did you get?

Peaked at the age of 11. Did my bronze, silver and gold life saving awards in swimming and was junior football and cricket captain too.

At senior school I represented in football, rugby and swimming.

Joined the Royal Navy and made several Ship and shore based teams.

It was only when I left the RN that I switched on academically culminating in obtaining an Hons Degree.
