yes he wasnt captain material.

he was still a blue and will go down as an iconic one at that.

I'll bet you werent calling him names when he signed or was banging in goals for us.

Dont be so fickle and have some class.

No i wasnt calling him names but nor was he throwing City scarves to the floor nor bahaving like a cnut - works both ways - as my previous posts said on the pitch he was quality away from it a cnut

its a two way street - all he had to do was tell owners he was going and like the rags did with Ronaldo we could have got rid quietly instead of his agent going on talk shite and make it that he was staying put and then putting out the fookin i need to leave statement on top of all the previous shite he did - did not even have the fookin decency for Clichy WHO WANTS to get in the door

players come and players go and those but us "fickle" fans remain

I think you'll find he avoided as many scalfs as he could and the ones that got thrown round him, he dropped on the floor a couple of steps afterwards. Its all over the OS Cup Final highlights and the DVD. He has behaved like a **** throughout this saga, announcing he was leaving the day we made our first signing, using his parental leave to go and visit his bit of fluff instead of going to see his kids. We have bent over backwards for him with leave here n there, flown his kid's over to be with him more often, had his kids as mascot's etc. I'll always remember the quality Carlos has given us and seeing him lift the FA Cup was a moment that I will tell my kids n grandkids about (when i have them) but as for being "fickle" thats just nonsense because we have every right to feel shat on because afterall that is what he has done

I was suggesting this deal at the start of this saga - several weeks ago! Its perfect for everybody. I don't see a single negative for all parties.......................Sneijder completes the spine of our team.

-- Wed Jul 20, 2011 7:00 am --

would like some cash as well ideally but Sneijder would be quality

ooops caps ha ha yeah thats wha metro are at this morning saying iter will do a swap but thats short changing by 15 mill!

Sneijer was valued at 35Million and think City would take 40 -45 Million to get rid of Herman - simple fact is a striker of Tevez quality whom scores the goasl he does will always be more valuable thna a player like Sneijder - although we may have no option or Tevez will go on a massive sulk

read on one of the reports he was on holiday in europe - dont know how true that one is

I dont agree that Tevez is more valuable than Sneijder. Yes, Tevez is more of a goal scorer, but he isnt a playmaker in the same league as Sneijder. The 'team' will be much better for having Sneijder than Tevez especially if Aguero comes too.

NDJ, YAYA
AGUERO, SNEIJDER, SILVA
BALOTELLI

There was talk about whether another trequartista would work on our team but the more I think about it, it very likely could. I realized that Silva and Sneijder would have a lot of snazzy one touch passes to unlock defenses.

I now think they really could compliment each other. The service would be incredible. Silva, and Sneijder having the ability to roam wherever would be a nightmare for any opposing team.

Only worry with Sneijder for me is injuries.

So,not for the sake of an arguement, but how may games did he not play for Milan over the last few seasons ? I honestly don`t know the answer.

I looked and he played only 25 league games. The last 3 years- 22, 26, and 25.

David Silva, by comparison, played 35. And Van Persie played 25.
