That went well.
Dare I say Pep is playing this season beautifully.
I don’t always agree with him as things are happening. Lack of subs/rotation/selections but it has to be said, he addressed our defensive issues first, and always seemed to be playing the long game for selections.
The goals issue is starting to resolve itself and it looks like the team are hitting peak condition and performance at the right time.

I have an inkling this guy Pep knows what he’s at.

This is the Premier league , not a local Sunday league.
You play to the whistle .
Everyone knows there will be reviews if there is any doubt.
 
The enjoyment of watching city has returned of late. We are moving the ball quicker and the goals are starting to come. Our defence has been magnificent which is why we are top. We are about 15 goals light for the season compared to our normal return. Kun if his powers have not waned will have a huge part to play down the home stretch.

No way she made that decision to flag. He took 5 touches before she flagged. I’ve suspected for a while that this late flag going up bollocks is fown to them being told in their ear by another official and tonight proved it to me, only the fact the ref ignored it and waited is the reason it stood.

He is a good kid & under Pep in 2 years time who knows bit as a natural finisher he certainly isn't that
At the moment the team is back where we belong & need to stay there, Spurs hopefully draw tomorrow then they drop more point before we play them

Even stones ends up as a winger at times and plays plenty of minutes in midfield... Pep has revolutionised the game completely.
 
A complete team performance, absolutely outstanding. We were not a class above West Brom we were on a different planet. Good to see the fuckers whining about Massey raising the flag, I suppose they'll change the rules again.

We have that aura and swagger about us again, long may it continue. You just feel if our rivals slip and we go four or more points ahead we could run away with it. However let's not get carried away in this crazy season, one game at a time.

Well done Ref for playing till end of phase for 2nd... a lot would have blown prematurely

it’s only West Brom....BFS set up to make it hard and stay in the game, so big credit to the players and pep for tactics and execution.

Gun dog is so clinical in his new forward position... so many positives and shout out to Cancelo and Bernie!

Yeh and some ‘fans’ were calling for Pep’s head, can you believe it?
 
Brilliant all round performance , Gundo & Cancelo taking over creative responsibilities of KDB , we took our foot of the gas and rested players after 60 minutes , and if we had conceded the 2nd goal we would have been vilified for not playing to the whistle and yet West Brom get sympathy.
Media really hurting now and realising that their cash cow clubs will never consistently return to the top whilst we are around , won 12 on the trot and 18 unbeaten we are on a roll now , with prospect of KDB & Kun back for the Champs league this could be the year we break a few more records.
