Who remembers going there late 70s fa cup reply snowed like a bustard funny though snowballs flying everywhere think we won 1-0

The constant bashing of mahrez in seemingly every pre match thread is incredibly tedious at this point. Yes he has been very frustrating this year but why do some posters feel the need to constantly berate him. No doubt the same ones who used to bash gundogan
Bang on the money, tedious and childish by equal measure. We used to have great fans, now we have some great fans, and a lot of other fans

Particularly when he has created more chances than Foden, Bernardo, Sterling, Jesus, Gundogan etc. He’s frustrating but he’s not shit.

By hook or by crook, we need three points. Get an early goal and pull the bus higher up the pitch.

We did but we also had knobheads who would slate players at games. Richard Edghill springs to mind, he took some real nasty shit. Berating players at games is far worse than stuff written online because it knocks their confidence even more. At least players nowadays don't have to read stuff written online. Before social media certain players used to have to take shit every week from hecklers taunting certain players, not just at City either. All clubs had their scapegoats.
