Great win, clean sheet, great performance and all that against a team that will take points off other teams this season. AND away from home.
There's been none as quick to criticise (some would say panic) as me this last 2 weeks, fair play to the team amd the manager for today's performance.

Great win! At least shut some of the moaning muppets up for a few seconds until they find sumat to moan about. Great team performance against the cloggers. Had to expect a reaction from WB after the break and they did well to press us, but that plays into our hands on good days. We held out well and then went on to win it comfortably. Bigger tests ahead but always nice to build confidence and see our man Serge bang a couple in.
Some Blues should hang head in shame in match day thread (if they are really Blues). Pep been in the job for less time than it takes the barm eating surrender monkeys to say sumat stupid and they expect miracles. If that's you from the match thread the I hope there's not someone depending on your patience because they'll be waiting a hell of a long time. Rant over.

Wba were awful especially in the first half and Nolito is an idiot, an International player who has used his head twice now isn't acceptable.
Hopefully we can build on this now.

Big thanks to Pullis for not pressing us high up the pitch till the 2nd half. Gave us a 2 goal start.
Really nice to see Bravo putting his foot through the ball when only a suicide pass is on. See, he can do it! we even scored as a result of one hoof!

Excellent performance overall.
But WBA did worry me a little when Pullis changed tactics a little and brought on another striker and they started to press us more in our own half, we started to wobble a little.
Just goes to show, the only way to counter us to press us high ala Spurs and Liverpool, otherwise we'll beat any team in this league (unless our strikers are having an off day).

Totally agree. The days when playing our quiet neighbours took priority are long over. The new reality is a little bit different. 3 points in the bag, top of the league and Barca up next. Happy days :)
