West Brom Post Match Thread

So many of our players were on it tonight. Aguero had one of his best games this season, involved a lot more simply because he got his passes off quicker and accurately, a nice reverse pass in first half to put De Bruyne through. So many good performances, should have buried WBA.

Laporte long range passing spot on! Silva brilliant until his injury. Zinchenko starting to look a natural at LB. Only disappointment was Ederson didn’t get involved in the game at all.

Why is that disappointing? Shows how dominant we were!

Silva looked like a bang to the back/side. Nothing major. But I'm no doctor. There were no incidents of note with Fernandinho.
Cheers for that was watching whilst on a train in France and mobile coverage was rubbish so it was pretty hard to follow all the incidents, but saw all the goals thankfully.

We murdered em mate

Three points extend our lead,Diaz gets about 20 mins only downside is silva injury, and that cnut of a ref not doing his fucking job this needs calling out by more than pep..

My favourite bit was when they chose to spend about 20 seconds focusing on a man in the crowd eating a pie.

Own up. Who was it?

I thought Sterling was good but I can see why some were frustrated with him on chat.

If he could keep his head and finish he would have scored at least two tonight, I know he`s still only young yet, but god its frustrating when he gets chances on a plate and fluffs them.

there was an incident with Ferna in the first half when he stepped on someone's thigh. it looked a bit naughty. I dont know if the ref saw it. He certainly spoke to Ferna afterwards. I'm sure all the armchair referees will have to something to say about it.

Silva was strapped across the midriff but must have strained something as he looked okay for a few minutes then had to come off.

Does not look a major injury first glance. But these days who knows.

Whole team looked sharp and energetic tonight, winning the ball back with ease and attacking directly or patiently as the moment required.

KDB was compared to Gerrard - deeply unfair to compare our Kev to a simpering starfish diving hollywood ego WAG merchant. KDB's short game and reading of the play makes Stevie look like Carlton Palmer.

Loved watching Aguero tonight. Pulled off at least 6 outrageous flicks. Bernardo is looking exciting and should be something special this time next year.

What a time to be alive!

A good solid performance tonight against
another bunch of cloggers trying to kick f**k out of us. Pep is right to loose his shit with the officials.

We won 3-0, but we could have easily lost 3 players to serious injuries. Fat Bobby just let it go time and time again. And that yellow for the attempted scissors on KDB was a joke. The rule that the FA can't take retrospective action if the referee has noted the incident in his match report, or dealt with it on the field of play needs seriously looking at. Players are getting away with serious assaults (against players of all teams), and if it was done in any other workplace there would be criminal charges.

It's one that looked bad in slow motion from one angle, but in reality the guy had the ball between his legs and then rolled under where Fernandinho was putting his foot. Nothing in it at all, hence why their guy wasn't arsed. I'm sure bellends will be using that to justify the terrible challenges West brom got away with though

Should've been 5/6-0 to Spurs

going to watch match of the day and they never lie and cut a game up to show it was a close game ??? united should have got 2 pens and a goal unlike what people are saying it should have been 10.0 to spurs that's not just me but on the bbc match reports by twitter fans
