You're talking as if prioritising Tuesday
means we'll definitely finish 5th. Which incidentally would not mean "fuck all next season" you big jessie. We'd still have the league, two domestic cups and the Europa League.

"We must do everything we can to get into the Champions league, but once we're in it we won't actually try to win it because it might affect us qualifying for it next season". Talk about backwards logic.

Pellers knows they have won the league, but his focus is not PL now he cannot win it. He wants to go out in a blaze of glory, so will do the same as PSG and rest players.

I understand that the manager will prioritise Tuesday night to some extent but I would hope for one or two key players to be rested not wholesale changes that genuinely put the points today in jeopardy. We will find out today exactly how much of a shit Pellegrini gives about maintaining top 4 status for the club. If he hadn't made such a complete tits of the last few months then we'd have a cushion over united and West Ham and more of a license to rest half the team.
