How do West Brom keep grinding results out they are in my opinion the 3rd worst team in The Prem behind Norwich and Reading. Shane Long is awful.

QPR, Villa, Wigan and Southampton are all easily worse.

I'm talking on paper here. QPR, Villa and Wigan are certainly not worse on paper, Wigan is debatable. I know games aren't played on paper and all that but that is why i am asking how?
