West Brom Vs City Pre Match Discussion Thread

Full backs be key today. I think with West Brom and Long if he plays he will try and get in by using his speed so Clichy and Richards or Zaba will be key tonight. Cant see Kolarov playing tonight the other 3 might see Richards playing 1 of these 2 games.

Zabba went past Jesus and in behind their fullback at least 6 times on Sunday, only for Jesus to check and then cut inside before switching it. He gave it Zab once (43rd minute). Milner comes on, gives it Zab on his first run and bingo, goal.

If Jesus starts then he must make the right pass onto Zab's run. Otherwise it's a waste of time and a man out of the game temporarily.

Vince will be in, and that will be classed as a surprise.

Others are: Garcia, Dzeko, Kolarov, Micah, Milner & Rodwell.

Surely he won't play the snail so I'll guess at Dzeko and Milner also in starting eleven with Beast and Navas on bench.

Navas on the bench is quite likely, with Milner his replacement. Dzeko needs to start a game soon to keep Negredo and Aguero fresh. On his day he's better than a mis-firing Aguero, and that's what we had at home to Swansea.

Have a word. Aguero was still twice the player.
