Whatever team it is it needs a new CB, a new LB and a DM. They don't all have to be superstars costing 50 mill apiece, although Stones would be nice.

I haven't seen any signs that Kompany/Mangala will work, I'd be tempted to start a back four of Sagna/Kompany/Denayer/Mangala.

Kompany and Denayer as the two centre backs with Mangala left back.

It could be a solution to Kompany/Mangala not working plus our left back problem where Kolarov looks terrible defensively.

Centre midfield is a big, big worry for this game. Have we got anyone?!

I'd start with DM and Mangala for West Brom and Chelsea. We can't afford to drop any points in the first few games. God knows what has happened to Vinny.
