He’s a Hammers legend and pulled us out the depths many a time but even most die hard fans can see he’s struggling - we can’t persist with Wilshere and Noble, both too pedestrian, one or the other for me.

Very possible. He succeeded in his first season because he had an absolutely fantastic defensive base laid down by Mancini from the seasons before.Can see Manuel being the 1st manager sacked

He doesn't really have that at West Ham from the previous manager.

Second season was frustrating but the third season is what really irritated me.Indeed and players with a point to prove.
After that first season he seemed incapable of any sort of change/thoughts outside the box and frustrated me as much as Pearce.
