I haven't watched the match but going off the stats 20 shots and 75% possession I would suggest it wasn't poor except the finishing

Yeah, Silva and Sterling missed two great chances.

Was worried that was going to be another Newcastle. Mahrez and sane poor. Bernardo excellent when he came on. Was hopeful Liverpool might’ve dropped points today but hey ho were still hunting them down

Played well at the start of both halves, visibly tired afterwards and it became a bit of a struggle.

PS. With Manuel and Zabba and Samir + attempting decent football, I have a soft spot for the Hammers so I'm glad we didn't take all our chances and battered them 6 or 7 nil.

Nervy and pretty poor but the 3 points is all that mattered tonight.

I thought we were excellent tonight. Completely controlled the game and another night would have scored another two.
Given what we had a Sunday I’m very pleased with that.
Mahrez continues to struggle though

Dominated and fully deserved the win although no shooting boots on evidence tonight and got very lucky with the penalty but we get unlucky enough times so i wont lose sleep over it.

Chalk and cheese between Mahrez and Bernado and also Raz and Sane tonight.

Zinchenko played well i thought.

Had a bad feeling about tonight so am just relieved to get the three points. De Bruyne had a good second half and seems to have rediscovered his passing range so that was a real positive. Concerning that Sane and Mahrez didn't really make the most of getting a start though. Kompany and Otamendi had solid games and I think Gundogan was quietly efficient in the holding role. Just a shame he wasted that chance at the end.

Dunno what Pep wanted to smell, but it can’t have been that! Our attack looks lacking right now, no confidence at all, which is baffling. Danilo I thought was our best player overall, closely followed by Bernardo’s cameo.

I personally didn’t think it was poor outside of our finishing. Our buildup play was smooth most of the game. On a normal night, we win that 5-0
