West Ham (H) Post Match Thread

Job done. Three points against a well organised and hard working West Ham team that are a credit to David Moyes: a manager that looked to all and sundry "finished" after the poisoned chalice known as the Manchester United manager's job. Thirteen point lead and with tough games for United [a new and improved Chelsea under a more talented and experienced manager, Tuchel] and Leicester [a loss in the Europa League this week]: I foresee this being a very important win that could provide us all with some tranquility for the rest of the title run-in.

I thought we had broken the win record the other week ?

Is it now 27 undefeated.

And 20 wins on the bounce.

And the record broken today.

Did Fernandinho get two yellows? I thought that’s what I saw, I also checked online and the text commentary says he got two yellows. Shhhh.

Said we were gonna edge this :) Good win, happy Dias and Stones brought us over the line.

Well below our best but not overly surprising given all the changes. Midfield and up front (Mahrez excepted) were a bit sloppy with the ball and lacking in movement and energy. We missed Rodri and Bernardo today I think.

3 points at this stage is all that is important.
