I'll say it, Foden should be starting in place of Dave. It makes no sense why he isn't given the form and fitness of the latter.

Sane is much better with Silva in the team.

Time for Mahrez to come to the party!

His problem is that while his stats have been actually quite good we are still to see him take a game by the scruff of the neck, when he does I think we will see the real Mahrez.

Expected all those changes but that was before dinho and laporte were confirmed to be out along with stones and jesus. Danger of a disjointed performance with so many changes but with Kompany on the pitch I'm sure he won't allow anyone to drop their game. Perfect opportunity for a few to show their value tonight, mainly Mahrez. Honestly think Pep will throw in the towel with him if we dont get a good performance from him within his next 2/3 starts. Good to see Mendy on the bench. They'll pose a threat all game with their front line and could grab one from nowhere at any moment so it's important we start quickly.and put the game beyond doubt early.
