I just watched Moyes's press conference.
All very different to ours - 3 journos asking the questions. Moyes and them on first name terms with each other. All very respectful and reasonably topical. Showed the faces of the journos as they asked the questions. Moyes speaking very highly of Pep and City.

The

The thing is statistically a draw or a defeat is imminent personally I think we still have some gas in the tank and have a feeling it might be against Everton in the Cup.
Have you seen our bench??
Moyes does not have either the nous nor the balls for this.
The West Ham players might.
Young Jessie is sure to want to show what he can do, having been loaned to give him experience, at such a young age, for 1st team play, from a squad of such world-class players.

Always been wary of Moyes' teams since his days at Everton when they always seemed to do us regardless of our respective positions in the league. Whatever happens you know they will be well organised and give us a proper battle but our quality with Kev coming back in should see us have enough to win by the odd goal. They're one of the few big clubs I can stomach so whatever happens I hope they keep up their form (after tomorrow) and have a genuine crack at top 4.

I haven't really watched West ham this season but I did watch them when they played scum in the fa cup, if they play like they did when I watched them I think we will stuff them.

Looking forward to seeing Rubin v Antonio tomorrow, who can be a handful with his unorthodox style, I think it will be a belter..

Not sure Phil will start after midweek, however, I’m hoping he will and would be fitting after the horrible news around Kneville this week that he bangs one in for one of our own

3-0, Bernie, Foden and Kun

Dress it up all you like, WHU are NOT an elite side. Furthermore, they are managed by David Moyes. If we don‘t win, it will be a cockup on our part.
For sure we're not an elite side, and you'd be hard pushed to find a West Ham fan who truly believes that. What we aren't is a lower table/relegation fodder/struggling again side. Moyes has reinvented us, and himself, and credit where it's due for that.

We have no idea if this is a one off freak season, or the start of something beautiful (credit: porcupine tree) but you won't be hard pushed to find a hammers fan that's happy for a change!

Didn't Antonio get the better of Dias in the first game to score or was that Laporte?

Some flapping on here. WHU will have less than 30% possession of which only 5 % will be in our final third and they'll manage perhaps 2 attempts of which 1 may be on target and Ederson will throw his cap on it.

It's a complete footballing mismatch and I think people are forgetting how good we are. Even if they survive the 1st 45 minutes unscathed our movement will wear them down and we will win by at least 2 goals.

I have seen plenty of WHU this season and they are not Brazil. They hung on to beat a dreadful Spurs, got walloped by a poor Liverpool and barely beat Stockport County. Yes they are 4th, but are there more because someone must be 4th this week in what is a league of bang average teams. In fact I'd be more concerned if it were either Brighton or Fulham as both of those, results withstanding, are much better teams at keeping the ball and playing out.

Snowing their faces is a good idea. Name and organisation should be declared or up there too.

Pep this year makes it very hard to guess what he will choose but i think it's best to use
Code:
Sterling Jesus Torres
  KDB Rodri Bernardo
Zinchenko Dias Stones Walker
              Ederson

Rodri is best suited for West Ham's center than Fernandinho and KDB should have his "touch" and stamina ready by now(he was a bit clumsy in previous 2 matches and looked tired with Arsenal after a while) so no reason to not use him twice as this is a very important game.

And for next match against Wolves for making a strong rotation and keeping most players happy

Code:
Foden Kun Mahrez
Gundogan Fernandinho KDB
Zinchenko Dias Stones Cancelo
              Ederson

Let's hope for 20th consecutive but it would be very tough i think.

This interview with Moyes just shows how getting involved with the rags really fucks you up.
Always thought him to be a sound bloke at Everton, then whilst at the Swamp he came over as a total twat and we all jumped on it.
Listening to this today and more specifically Pep reminding us that Moyes went out of his way to help him settle in England then I’m back on board with him, plus the fact he clearly is pretty decent at his job.
