Never in doubt (said sarcastically as I've been shitting it for the last 2 week's thinking we'd blow it)
 
Not that much to worry about in the end. Nothing at all. Only thing I would have liked to see to make the game perfect was Carrol hitting the back of the net with that nearly own-goal (to make fun of the Scousers even more ) and a goal from Beast and Sergio.

Lovely to see such team spirit with the lads after they lifted he cup. So nice to see them throwing Pellers in the air. Nobody seemed to give a toss about RM when we won in 2012 except Dzeko who sprayed him with Champagne.

All I need now is a few pictures of crying Scousers and my day is complete.
 
Fair dos to Mike Ingham on 5live. Just summed up FFP in about 30 secs. To paraphrase: "They're ignoring what City are doing in the community; it was about debt; City don't have debt; seems to be a way of protecting the cartel from new kids on the block."

First year double during an injury epidemic. And we didn't win trophies at the expense of other competitions.

I was at Wembley last year for the Wigan game, and the rumours were flying around before the game that Mancini was a dead man walking, with Pellegrini poised to succeed him. And believe me, there was lots of ''you can stick your Pellegrini up your arse'' songs going around. Just maybe, the board had it right, eh?
