sounds drunk...I can't imagine if it's transfers that it's anything other than maybe that kid they've got from Peterborough? maybe they had sanctions hanging over from Tevez/Masch and they've done something to put it in jeopardy?
Doesn't seem too reputable, and his talk of "possible sanction" makes it sound like that's a last resort to something.

Agreed terms with Everton for Heitinga but he rejected the move.
Loved this bit from the report Heitinga, who signed for Everton from Atletico Madrid for £7m in 2009, . What. I thought Moyes never spent a penny at Everton and was a genius for getting them so high. Every transfer I assumed was a free transfer and the media kept on going on about how little they spent (/sarcasm off, they actually spent a fair bit over the years)

I didn't like Sam when he was at Bolton, but he's grown on me a bit. Nolan is a good player. He always scores goals. He's like Cahill and Lampard.
