West Ham United (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

Bar a few lapses at the beginning of the second half it was a routine victory. We were able to control the pace throughout the game.

If Cherki had stayed on we would have scored a few more. Happy with 3 nil though.

Thought West Ham were the weakest team to play at the Etihad so far this season.

Last few seasons our matches against West Ham have been hard fought.. this was really relatively easy apart from the first few minutes of the 2nd half.

They've really regressed this season.. shoulda kept Moyes!

I wouldn't mind adding Paqueta or Bowen to our ranks should they be available on the cheap!
 
Routine win, lots of new fans around me in CBL1, at least they stayed until the final whistle even if I had to have a quiet word with a chap filming the game on his mobile. Oh and whilst I’m having a moan, pot smokers, can you at least wait until the crowd thins out as we leave the property before sparking your putrid shit up? Two cunts right in front of me as we walked past the COOP live, nowhere to get out of the way, ignorant cunts.

We played well, but I thought the Hammers were very poor, didn't have a shot 1st half and we gave them a few sight of goal in the 2nd, but they basically gave up compared to Leeds.

Apart from that Billy Bonds chant for 10 minutes their fans were even worse, all gone by 70 minutes. And they call us a library.
 
A goal in the opening minutes of the game certainly helped, and generally it wasn't a bad performance from City ..... West Ham did create a few chances, but Donnarumma was equal to them, and Haaland is just so alert, so lethal

Good goal from Reijnders too, an excellent city move and a top finish !

They are in an almighty relegation scrap and it's a shame because they're by far the best prem London team in my eyes
 
Great win for us, and top of the league ! Very disappointed to see how West Ham have regressed. I have a genuine affection for them and hope they can sort themselves out, but if they play like that for the rest of the season I fear the worst for them. I echo the comments about Nunez. Like many I wasn’t happy with some of his performances last season but I think he’s really rammed any criticism right down our throats and I’m delighted for him that he has. Forest next, Cmon you blues… Champions again !
